Foot width

This measurement refers to the widest part of your feet, also known as the forefoot.

Arch height

This is the amount of space between the highest point of the midsole and the ground.

Foot height

Commonly referred to as the midfoot, this is the highest point of the foot, which typically sits directly underneath the laces.

Heel width

Heel width refers to the width of the heel, relative to the midfoot. A narrow heel is slimmer than the midfoot, while a wider heel is broader.
